When will I see my portrait?
Straight away. You see your design instantly before you buy, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
What if I don't love it?
We'll happily make changes. If your item arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund you in full.
Can I have more than one pet in my portrait?
Yes, as many as you like, at the same price. Just pop them all in one photo, ideally together and with every face easy to see, and we'll keep each pet's own markings in the portrait. You'll see your proof before anything is printed. On smaller items like mugs, cards and phone cases, a big group means smaller faces, so we'll mention it in your proof.
Which photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is easy to see. A phone photo is perfect. If it's a little dark or blurry, tick the free photo touch-up and we'll tidy it up.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive 4–7 working days after you order (cards 3–5), once you've approved your design. Each product page shows the time for that item. Standard delivery is free, and Express (£9.99) gets most items to you about a day sooner. Order today for Christmas delivery.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We deliver to UK addresses only.
Is my photo safe with you?
We only use your photo to make your order. We never show it publicly without your written permission, and we delete it 90 days after delivery. See our privacy policy.
Can I order now and send my photo later?
Yes. Add to cart without a photo, then email it to thepawllery@gmail.com quoting your order number (or just reply to your order confirmation). We'll email you a proof link once we have it, and nothing is printed until you approve it.
