Delivery at a glance

Free standard UK delivery on everything: most orders arrive 4–7 working days after you order (cards 3–5), once you've approved your design.
Express UK delivery: £9.99. It speeds up the post, not the making, so it usually gets your order to you about a day sooner.
Your design: see it before you buy. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
Printing: starts as soon as you approve your proof.

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

How your order is made

Every item from The Pawllery is made to order, just for you. You see your design before you buy, or we email you a proof to approve. Nothing is printed until you approve it, and printing starts as soon as you do. If you'd like any changes, simply reply to your proof email and we'll update it for you.

Delivery options and times

Most orders arrive 4–7 working days after you order (cards 3–5), once you've approved your design. Every product page shows the estimate for that item. The times count from the day you order and assume you approve your design the same day, so the sooner you approve, the sooner it arrives.

Standard delivery (free on every order):

Cards, stickers and water bottles: 3–5 working days
Mugs, ceramic ornaments, jigsaws, notebooks, phone cases, framed prints and canvases, acrylic photo blocks, fridge magnets, blankets and aprons: 4–6 working days
T-shirts (adults' and kids'), hoodies, sweatshirts, tote bags, tea towels, Christmas Eve sacks and cushions: 5–7 working days
Socks, coasters, bandanas, mouse mats and placemats: 6–8 working days
Plastic baubles, glass ornaments and wrapping paper: 5–7 working days by a 48-hour postal service. Express isn't available for these.
Calendars: 5–7 working days. Express isn't available for calendars.
Gift sets and bundles: as long as the slowest item in the set.

Express delivery (£9.99): choose it at checkout. Express speeds up the post, not the making, so it usually gets your order to you about a day sooner. For cards, stickers, fridge magnets, framed prints, acrylic photo blocks, notebooks and phone cases, standard post is already quick, so Express isn't any faster.

Card packs are posted together in one parcel, and each card comes with its own envelope. Gift sets with items made in different places may arrive in more than one parcel. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer at very busy times, such as the weeks before Christmas.

Last Christmas orders: Tuesday 8 December.

Digital portraits

Digital downloads are emailed to you as a high-resolution file once you approve your proof. There's no delivery charge.

Tracking

We'll email you when your order has been dispatched, including tracking details where the delivery service provides them.

Late, missing or damaged orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the times above, or it arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at thepawllery@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo if anything is damaged). We'll replace it or refund you. See our refund policy for full details.
